Terms of Use

Service description

Marketer MCP provides a public API hub of marketing operations tools accessible through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful marketing operations purposes.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Do not use the service to process, store, or transmit data that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.

Rate limits

API requests are subject to rate limits that vary by plan. Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429 responses). Persistent abuse may result in account suspension.

Beta terms

During the beta period, the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may modify features, endpoints, or tool contracts with reasonable notice. Beta access may be revoked at any time.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Marketer MCP tools. We retain ownership of the service, its tools, documentation, and brand assets. Tool outputs are derived from your inputs and are yours to use.

Limitation of liability

Marketer MCP is not liable for decisions made based on tool outputs. Budget pacing, allocation suggestions, and QA results are informational and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before acting on them.

Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your API tokens are revoked and account data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes to these terms

We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
